Training as a Coach or Facilitator provides an excellent basis for progressing into more senior management positions. We will work with you to identify members of your staff who would benefit from the training and so avoid you becoming dependent on us.
We run regular workshops to keep Associates and Partners abreast of new techniques. Recent events were held at S4S, with thanks to our host Steve Dobson; and at Cassons Accountants, with thanks to Tony Reynolds and Jill Murray. You might recognise some of those who attended in photos elsewhere on this website!

Karen’s interest in change management and team behaviour was awakened when she was responsible for substantial improvements in environmental performance when she worked at the ICI Hillhouse site in Lancashire. This involved not only managing major capital expenditure but also changing the behaviour of operators and managers.
Karen was in the first group of Accredited Coverdale coaches and she has been applying and updating the methods of Occupational Psychologist Ralph Coverdale ever since. Fresh insights have come from riding teacher and physicist Mary Wanless, with whom Karen shares a passion for horses and a common scientific background.
